VIP protection is a multi-agent detail rather than a single protector. It exists for situations where one person cannot cover the geometry: a principal moving through a crowd, a venue with several entrances, or a schedule where someone has to be in the next location before you arrive.
Details run from two to six agents with a designated lead. Pricing starts at $299 per hour with Executive Transport for a small detail with a vehicle, and $599 per hour for Elite Detail, which covers two to four protectors with multiple vehicles and advance work included.

When one protector is not enough
The clearest signal is the crowd. A single protector can manage proximity for one person in a controlled room. Once there is a line, a press of people, or an unscreened public approach, the job splits into tasks that cannot be done by the same person at the same time: one stays with you, one watches the approach, one holds the vehicle.
The second signal is movement between locations. If you are leaving a venue at a known time, the departure is the most exposed moment of the day, and it is the one that benefits most from having someone already at the vehicle rather than walking to it with you.
Advance work is most of the value
On an Elite Detail, someone visits the venue before you do. They walk the routes, find the exits that are not marked, identify where a crowd will form, and speak to the venue security team so that two groups are not working from different plans.
This is unbilled time on most plans and it is the single biggest difference between a detail and a group of individual protectors. A team that has seen the room already moves differently in it.
Working with venue and event security
Most venues have their own security, and many mandate a minimum number of licensed staff regardless of what you bring. Our lead agent coordinates with them rather than around them, which avoids the common failure where house security treats your detail as an unknown group.
Where a venue restricts armed carry, transitions are handled before entry rather than at the door. Confirm venue requirements early, because they occasionally change the staffing you need.

How much do VIP protection services cost?+
A small detail with a vehicle starts at $299 per hour under Executive Transport. A full Elite Detail of two to four protectors with multiple vehicles and advance work is $599 per hour. Details of five or more protectors are quoted individually because the variables are too specific for a rate card.
How many agents does a VIP detail need?+
Two to six in most cases. Two covers a controlled schedule with a vehicle. Four is typical where there is a public arrival, a crowd, or more than one entrance to manage. Six or more is normally driven by the venue rather than the principal, and is quoted individually.
Do you provide vehicles and motorcades?+
Yes. Executive Transport includes an Escalade or Suburban, and Elite Detail includes multiple vehicles. Additional Escalades are $79 per hour each with a driver included, so a two-vehicle convoy on Executive Transport comes to $378 per hour before location and timing multipliers.
Can you coordinate with our existing event security?+
Yes, and it is the normal arrangement. Our lead agent contacts venue or house security during advance work so both teams operate from the same plan. Many venues also mandate a minimum number of their own licensed staff, so confirm those requirements before you finalise your staffing.
How much advance notice does a VIP detail need?+
Two weeks is the practical minimum for a detail with proper advance work, and it earns the 5 percent advance discount. Shorter notice is possible subject to availability, but the venue walk is the part that gets compressed first, and that is the part worth paying for.
Is media management included?+
Support is included in the sense that the detail is positioned to manage physical approach and departure with press present. Public relations and messaging are not security services and we do not provide them, though we work alongside your own team where you have one.
