It starts at $299 per hour with Executive Transport, which covers one to two protectors with an Escalade or Suburban. Larger programs move to Elite Detail at $599 per hour, and continuous or multi-principal coverage is quoted as a retainer.

What companies are actually buying

Travel and ground transport
Airport transfers and inter-city movement are where an executive is most exposed and least in control. Executive Transport covers the vehicle, the driver, and a protector, which means arrivals are controlled rather than improvised and the schedule does not depend on a rideshare being available.
Multi-day engagements away from a protector’s home market include hotel and per diem, quoted separately. International coverage is arranged per destination because licensing and carry rules do not transfer across borders.
Assessment before deployment
Every program starts with an assessment of the current posture: who knows the schedule, how the executive’s movements are published, what the office access looks like, and whether there is a credible threat or general exposure. That assessment frequently reduces the coverage needed rather than increasing it.
If the honest answer is that a smaller package covers the situation, we will say so. Selling a four-person detail to someone who needs a single protector for two travel days a month is not a durable business.

Executive Transport is $299 per hour with a four-hour minimum, so $1,196 for a short engagement and $2,392 for an eight-hour day before discounts. A twelve-hour travel day takes the 12 percent long-booking discount, bringing $3,588 to about $3,157.
Washington DC, Miami, Chicago, Boston and Las Vegas carry a 10 percent location multiplier, and New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco 20 percent. Engagements above 40 hours per month are quoted as retainers with volume pricing rather than at list rates.

Agents come from federal, military and law enforcement backgrounds, are state licensed for the jurisdictions they work in, background checked, and covered under professional liability insurance. Armed assignments additionally require a current armed carry permit for that state and a separate liability endorsement.
